Tea Tree Oil is one of those all-round natural healing remedies that doesn’t sound very exciting yet is really a very potent ally when it comes to relieving many bodily ailments. I am talking about those ailments that you really don’t want to tell too many people about but can make your day to day activities really uncomfortable. These maladies include but are not limited to: Dandruff, Acne, Fungal Infections (toenails), Periodontal Disease and Athlete’s Foot.
While Tea Tree Oil may sound rather innocuous I compare its healing ferocity and its fungus, bacteria and virus killing properties to that of the Kraken. You know…the enormous underwater beast found in the movie, “Clash of the Titans.” So the next time you are dealing with one of life’s little maladies, grab a bottle of Tea Tree Oil, twist open the cap and just like Zeus give the command to, “Release the Kraken!”
Thank the Aboriginal Bundjalung for Passing on their Knowledge of Tea Tree Oil!
Tea Tree Oil, also known as Maleleuca Alternifolia, is considered a pure essential oil and the actual leaves are native to the coast of New South Wales (Australia). The Aboriginal Bundjalung inhabit the Northern Coastal areas of New South Wales and have relied on the antiseptic and anti fungal powers of Tee Tree Oil for more than a thousand years. Since the Bundjalung are deeply tied to and reliant upon their environment it seems that they were destined to discover the benefits of Tea Tree oil which is naturally extracted from tea tree leaves through a steaming and distillation process.
So What Types of Ailments Does Tea Tree Oil Actually Heal?
Tea Tree Oil soothes a myriad of maladies. In fact the list is so long that I can’t possibly begin to list the many benefits of this amazing essential oil. I did however discover a rather extensive website aptly titled, “Tea Tree Oil Uses.” I am not personally familiar with Pure Liquid Gold as a specific type of Tea tree Oil so I can’t endorse the product line but the information regarding maladies, symptoms and the uses of Tea Tree Oil is invaluable. More importantly, Tea tree Oil is one of those few natural remedies which have been scientifically tested. If you are interested in the testing process please visit Australia’s Powerhouse Museum (scroll down to the middle of the article) website.
Tea Tree Oil Works for Me and It Should Work for You Too!
I have had great personal success in my life using Tea Tree Oil to combat a persistent bout of toe fungus. Again this is not a topic you really want to discuss with too many of your friends...however, when I was a young man tea tree oil really did the job for me. With just a few topographical applications and drinking a few drops in my daily tea the toe fungus started to clear up in about a month.
Many people who suffer from this common ailment should also look to dietary support as toe fungus is very much about yeast and fungus forming foods. Regular consumption of these foods makes toe fungus and many other related illnesses systemic. Ultimately, we are what we eat…so at a minimum always try to focus on what types of foods you are putting into your system!
I thought this Commercial was Appropriate and Funny!
Tea Tree oil like many essential oils can be taken internally and is very helpful for the release of phlegm in the upper respiratory tract.* In addition, when you have topographical infections just adding a few drops of tea tree oil to an unscented carrier oil such as jojoba oil can truly yield very impressive curative results.
Why is Tea Tree Oil So Popular Today?
Many of today’s prescription and over the counter drugs have very sound warnings with respect to the possibility of negative side effects associated their use. Medications used for fungus and yeast infections often have a high impact on our livers. This unfortunate side effect is caused when the pharmaceuticals are flushed from our bloodstreams. The liver becomes overly taxed because it is absorbing many of these chemicals during the cleansing process and overtime this very dynamic organ can become damaged.
Many of our bodies are also becoming resistant to antibiotics because they have been overly prescribed during our lifetimes. Using Tea Tree Oil is a natural alternative and can actually be more effective in bringing a resolution to our health issues. Remember, Tea Tree Oil was once considered such a potent antibacterial that it was passed out to soldiers during World War II.
Take a Look Around…Tea Tree Oil Is Everywhere!
The next time you are in your local pharmacy pay close attention to the number of products that contain Tea Tree Oil. You will see it being used in toothpaste, skin cream, various ointments, shampoo and even animal care products. Why? Because it works and it’s natural! So, release this Titan of the natural health industry and you will feel very empowered in your ability to heal when you use this true gift of nature.
Namaste,
San Dan Yi
