Fungi Infected Foods can have long term, debilitating effects upon your health creating uncomfortable and sometimes confusing maladies such as Candida, Nail and Toe Fungus, Itchy and Burning Ears, as well as (this isn’t going to be pretty) Rectal and Vaginal Discharge. How can Fungi Infected foods create such problems? Well it’s simple… When fungus enters the body, it creates abnormal conditions whereby our cells can’t properly assimilate nutrients which support normal bodily functions.
Fungi infected foods are sneaky, silent killers because you don’t really know they are bad for you.
Fungi forming Foods as well as foods that are naturally high in fungi usually become integrated with our diets without much fanfare because at first glance they appear to be quite innocent. Some of these foods include Eggs, Stored Potatoes, Vinegar (including Apple Cider Vinegar) and Caffeine related products. The list can be quite extensive and I discovered a website by David Lawrence Dewey which gives a detailed description of twenty Fungi related foods which should be avoided and the reasons they are so toxic. The site is quite busy covering many diverse topics so make sure to scroll down until you see a section titled, “Foods to Avoid.”
Protect the Power of your Intestinal Tract… Stay away from Fungi Infected Foods
As Fungi infested foods slowly seep their way into our systems several processes which have negative impacts on our health start to happen. First, we greatly diminish our intestinal tracts ability to assimilate nutrition from our food. Once our body is unable to properly breakdown food, carcinogens form and the body is unable to defend itself against free radicals. Normal cells slowly transmute into unhealthy cells and may even become cancerous. I lean towards preventions rather than curative methods of health and healing so I feel it’s important to seriously consider changing your diet if you consume several of the foods listed on David Lawrence Dewey’s website. I have also come across another website which clearly outlines the fungus, yeast, mould connection to cancer. Make sure to peruse the many links found at the bottom of the page, many of which I found to be eye openers.
Many Nutritionists are Unaware of the Connection between Fungus and Health I have interviewed many nutritionists over the years that are in conventional health and they are often quite oblivious to the long range effects of fungi infected foods! Once I present them with information regarding the subject they are usually either amazed or deny the connection is valid. So I feel it is important for each individual to ask their health care practitioner questions about fungi infected foods and to spend some time researching the topic before any symptoms occur.
I am always amused when a client asks why they never feel healthy or they are consistently experience some of the illnesses previously described. When I hear these complaints I make a direct visit to the client’s panty. What do I usually find on the pantry shelves? A multitude of innocent looking fungi infected foods! Ah yes, the silent killer strikes again. Sometimes my clients don’t even know why they feel bad and I have to ask them some very direct and probing questions. Typically, I ask the females of the house if they have regular battles with yeast infections, and if the males of the house constantly have itching and burning rectums. More than 50% of the time the answer is a resounding yes followed by a, “How did you know that?” Guess what? Many of these symptoms magically disappear once my clients make the necessary changes in their diet.
Tour your Pantry and make sure you are not a victim of Fungi Infected foods
I hope many of you will take a look in your pantries with an inquisitive eye and different mindset now that you are aware of pitfalls associated with fungi infected foods. The next time you have some spare time take inventory of what is in your refrigerator and cupboard. Slowly remove the items listed on David Lawrence Dewey’s website. Try to avoid some of these items when you are dining out as well. I am sure many of you will be amazed at how your health will improve once you eliminate some if not all of these food items. I do not promote any style of eating whether it be vegetarianism, veganism or macro-biotic cooking. I simply feel it important for all of you to make more informed decisions regarding your health and the health of your loved ones.
Namaste,
San Dan Yi
