Feng Shui Schools are known to provide many people with a doorway to a better future. This claim is particularly true if students are seriously contemplating a career as a professional consultant with an accredited Feng Shui qualification. As such, I highly recommend The Alan Stirling International Feng Shui School of Excellence for those students who decide to make Feng Shui their chosen career path.
Alan Stirling's School is considered one of the industry standards in the field of Feng Shui education not only because of the school's quality teachers but because of the school's curriculum which includes a wide variety of classes offered in a multitude of various disciplines. In addition to traditional Feng Shui courses covering The Bagua, The Elements, Compass Readings and Placement Techniques you will also have the opportunity to learn about Astrology, Acupuncture and Dowsing.
The school is physically located in England with onsite classes held in London and Kent. Don't be upset if this sounds like a long distance from where you now live because one of my criteria for reviewing a Feng Shui School is to make sure they offer online courses for those who cannot travel to faraway places. The Alan Stirling School does not disappoint in this department either as their online program also covers a wide range of topics such The Five Elements, The Eight Trigrams, Chinese Astrology, The Importance of Water and Architectural Balance.
Honestly, if you cannot find the right class at this Feng Shui School you will be hard to find it anywhere else unless you decide to study in China. However, before you book your airline flight, I can guarantee you most Chinese Masters of disciplines such as Feng Shui, Acupuncture, Chinese Medicines and Herbs only teach their students a small percentage (maybe 50%) of the knowledge they possess. As a beginning student, I don't believe this is good trade with respect to the value of your time and money when you consider the Chinese have an accumulated knowledge base spanning more than two thousand years.
The Chinese people globally practice and respect Feng Shui in a way that we find hard to understand because of our Western Values. I do believe China is a great place to continue your education once you have mastered the basics and have decided to further immerse yourself in the Ancient Art of Feng Shui. After establishing a sound educational base you will be open to all the intricacies offered by the Chinese masters (should they accept you into their trusted circle of students) and you will truly appreciate how deeply the practice is embedded into the Chinese culture. With this truth in mind, I find the Stirling School to be a premier educational opportunity unless you live in China or a place where many Chinese people congregate.
Earlier, I discussed the wide range of classes offered by the Stirling School. In particular, I am impressed by the inclusion of a sound esoteric knowledge base which focuses upon spiritual viewpoints rather than classical Feng Shui knowledge. Learning about the uses of Crystals, Space Clearing and Smudging Techniques will become increasingly more valuable as our society learns to cope with ongoing global political changes, economic challenges and the bi-products that stem from these universal issues. Incorporating aspects of these disciples into your practice will help bring balance into your client's lives and create the necessary energies required for their greater Health, Wealth, Happiness and Success.
More and more people are seeking out the knowledge, talents and gifts of qualified Feng Shui practitioners. The classes and opportunities provided by the The Alan Stirling International Feng Shui School of Excellence will provide you with the necessary tools required to keep you quite busy for a long time to come. Why not walk through the door that has been opened for you?
Namaste,
San Dan Yi
