Many people who come to me for their Shift Happens experience have trouble relaxing, so I have come up with an easy way to learn how to relax, how sad it is that people are so busy with their everyday lives that they have forgotten how to relax and enjoy the moments of the day, these are the moments that can be filled with what I call the subtle miracles of the Universe, whether it is a simply message from you Spirit or observing changes going on around you!
Lets take a moment to create in our daily lives a moment that is totally ours moment it does not belong to our supervisors on the job or our mates or children, this is what I call a could have had a V-8 moment! This moment is created because we made a conscious choice to recognize that we need to make fundamental changes in our daily lives. So before you run out of time to finish reading this article, lets move on to this easy method of breathing so that we may relax our bodies and minds.
Sit in a chair alone in a room and plant your feet firmly on the ground so you feel like you belong to the place and the Earth that you are inhabiting...
Start to Listen to your breath as it enters up your nostrils and listen to it as it comes out of your mouth.
The proper way to breath is in your nose and out of your mouth, you would be amazed at how many people either do not know this or simply forget how to do it!

It is important that you listen to your breath as this listening process permits the brain to have to concentrate on only one command! The reason we have challenges relaxing is our minds our to busy with many thoughts that we have absolutely no control over! For instance if you have to go to court to pay a parking ticket and you are thinking about what you are going to say to the judge and the court date is a week away you are not living in the moment, more and more of our thoughts are never in the moment but to focused on the past and the future! Staying in the moment is essential to manifesting and being present to listen to your internal guidance systems or what I refere to as our Soul or Spirit Guide.
Now back to the breath as you are LISTENING to your breathing technique you will find that your mind is relaxing more because it is no longer inundated with useless thinking processes, now it can focus on relaxing wow what a wonderful idea to escape from a stressful day. I have even used this breathing technique in restrooms of an office building that I had to attend meeting in just to stay focused on the singular goals and apsect of the meeting I was there to participate in!
This simply 2-5 minute breathing technique the listening aspect of your breath will really help you relax and feel recharged! So instead of following the light! Follow an listen to your breath.
